Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Easy Redirects (the "Service"), a geo-redirect service for websites hosted on HubSpot Content Hub. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Easy Redirects lets you define rules that redirect visitors of your website to other pages or sites based on the visitor's country, via a script you install on your website. We provide the rule engine, the embed script, and usage analytics. You remain responsible for the destinations you redirect to and for your website's compliance with the laws that apply to it.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must only install the script on websites you own or are authorised to manage.

3. Plans, billing & cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime via the billing portal; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
• Each plan includes a monthly redirect quota and a site limit. When a quota is reached, redirects stop firing until the next calendar month — visitors simply remain on the original page; nothing breaks.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• redirect visitors to malware, phishing, or otherwise unlawful or deceptive destinations;
• circumvent legal or regulatory requirements (e.g. redirecting to evade consumer-protection or sanctions rules);
• probe, overload, or disrupt the Service, or use it at volumes intended to abuse quota mechanics.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Availability & support

We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is" without an uptime guarantee. If our service is unreachable, your website continues to work normally — visitors simply are not redirected. Support is provided by email, with response targets depending on your plan.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service, including the software, embed script, and branding. You own your configuration and data. You grant us the right to process your data as needed to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost traffic. Easy Redirects is not affiliated with HubSpot, Inc., and we are not responsible for changes HubSpot makes to its platform.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend the Service for material breach of these terms, or discontinue the Service with at least 90 days' notice, refunding any prepaid amounts covering the period after discontinuation.

9. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, with disputes subject to the courts of Norway. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
